WHAT IS ATHLETIC PUBIS (ATHLETE HERNIS)?

It occurs as a result of rupture of the posterior inguinal wall in male athletes who reinforce the lower extremity muscles but neglect the pelvic and abdominal muscles in sports such as football, tennis and ski, which include repetitive rotational movements. It’s not a real hernia. The treatment is non-operative and the removal of imbalance between the abdominal and hip muscles.
